I used to go to a salon and they used this brand of wax and rollers. Glad i found it on here its saving me a lot of money every month. the heating element works great heats up the wax in 20 mins. the only thing the cloth strips that come with it arent the greatest but you can go to a fabric store and get the good cotton canvas and make ur own.
